Lance
Owner / Lead Videographer
Hey there! I'm Lance, the owner of Crown & Lace. I started the company over 8 years ago, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding experience. I grew up in Texas and studied Musical Theatre & Songwriting in college before picking up a camera. As much as creativity has always run through my veins, so has entrepreneurship. I remember selling my sketch drawings to my peers as early as 5th grade, and, looking back at my path, this all makes perfect sense.
I’m blessed and beyond grateful to be in a field that allows me to be both an artist and a business owner, creating bespoke treasures that mean so much to couples and their families. Brides often reach out to me on their anniversaries to say that they love their film now even more than they did when they first watched, and that’s how I’ve come to see a wedding film not just as a ‘highlight,’ but as a generational heirloom that grows in value over time. I mean, think about it. Your great grandkids are going to be able to watch the day you got married in ultra high-definition. I think that’s pretty cool.

Hi I'm Jordan! I'm 26 years old, and I'm from Memphis TN. Ever since I was a kid, I've always been passionate about creating through music, videography, and photography. I graduated from Lipscomb University with a degree in Film Studies, and I've been a part of the Crown & Lace team since 2019. I enjoy spicy foods, Breaking Bad, writing music, and gaming with my friends. I'm so excited to capture your day and bring your story to life!

Hi there! I'm Cruz, and I'm a former film crew technology student at Columbia State. Before that I played football and soccer at Grace Christina Academy. I enjoy video production, The Office, spending time with my family, and watching nostalgic Pixar movies. My favorite part of the wedding day is the dance party and capturing people having the best time. I joined Crown & Lace in August of 2021, and I love the comradery of being a part of the team. We work hard and have a blast. I'm honored to document such an important day in couples' lives.

I’m Kyle! Lance and I actually studied songwriting together at a music college in Memphis back in the day, and my first experience filming a wedding was with him over 5 years ago. Since then, I’ve been in Nashville pursuing a career in music. But along the way I fell in love with videography & content creation, and I’m now the creative director for a local business. When I’m not filming or editing, I enjoy performing and writing music with my wife, Marci, and loving on our 1-year old boy, Leeland. Although our 2015 wedding was so magical, we regretfully didn’t have a proper wedding film made, which makes securing memories for others so meaningful to me. I love being part of a team that places such high priority on important moments and details, and I’m honored to help create your wedding film!

I’m Aaron! I grew up in Detroit MI, but Tennessee has been my home since 2018. I’ve been passionate about filmmaking and storytelling since middle school. Before moving to TN, I studied Communications at Henry Ford College and filmed video for various companies. Thanks to Crown & Lace, I’ve been able to lend my talents and learn a whole new skill set along the way. I love being part of the team and I’m excited to help tell your story!
